Full Bio

Prior to joining the firm, Georgios gained experience at the Athens Exchange Group, where he worked within the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Division. In this role, he was involved in corporate and capital markets matters, including legal support in transactional projects and advising on compliance with listing and disclosure requirements.

Georgios has gained also experience at the Deposit and Loan Fund, where he was involved in restructuring matters, non-performing loan cases, and legal due diligence exercises, as well as litigation support. He also served as a Legal Intern at the Permanent Representation of Greece to the European Union in Brussels, where he worked on EU law matters and participated in Council working groups, gaining insight into EU institutional processes.

He is admitted to the Athens Bar Association and is qualified to practice before the Greek courts. Georgios holds an LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Piraeus.
