KG advises the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE as lender on the PPP Project for the development (design, financing, construction and operation) of a waste treatment plant in the region of Serres (Northern Greece) awarded to the consortium of three top-tier construction companies: ARCHIRODON GROUP NV- INTRACAT S.A.- ENVITEC S.A. The value of the project is approximately €37 million and it is 30% co-financed by the National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) and 70% by third party debt financing and equity.
