On Monday, 13 May 2024, private equity firm EQT Infrastructure VI made a public offer to buy Swedish renewable energy group OX2, listed in the Stockholm Stock Exchange, for 16.4 billion crowns ($1.51 billion) through Otello BidCo AB. The offer is conditional to its acceptance by the majority of OX2’s shareholders.
KG Law Firm’s Energy Infrastructure team was appointed by Vinge to act as the Greek legal counsel for EQT Investments group in the context of carrying out legal due diligence of the Greek assets of OX2.
