Stefanos works in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice, specializing in corporate and commercial law as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), particularly in the energy sector. His experience includes the provision of legal advice to domestic and multinational companies on issues related to their daily operations. Furthermore, he has been involved in complex transactions in the energy sector and other industries, in the context of which he has drafted and negotiated contractual documentation and conducted legal due diligence at both domestic and cross-border levels.
