(turnover exceeding € 500 mil.) in relation to the HCC’s largest-ever investigation, concerning alleged bid rigging in the market of public infrastructure projects The investigation concerned a period spanning over 25 years and related to more than 40 tenders. The case marked the first-ever attempt to reach a settlement in Greece, pursuant to a newly established settlement regime.

KG Law Firm represented the company in settlement negotiations with the HCC, submitted briefs and formal settlement papers. The total value of public infrastructure projects investigated exceeded € 10 billion. The final settlement decision established infringements in projects amounting to € 3 billion.
