Our Partner Constantinos Kavadellas, Counsel Georgia Panagopoulou and Associate Myria Kotrotsiou have contributed to the journal European Defence & Security Law & Policy Quarterly (EDSeQ) published by Lexxion Publisher, with the article “Harmonising Sovereignty and Integration: The Interaction of EU Defence Procurement Law with the Greek Legal Order”.

The article explores how EU defence and security procurement rules are transposed into Greek law and what this means in practice for contracting authorities and economic operators – from award procedures and contract performance to confidentiality, liability and dispute resolution.
