John is a member of our firmโs Litigation Department, specializing in criminal law as well as gambling law. He has significant experience in cases related to white-collar crime, as well as in conducting and supporting internal corporate investigations, providing strategic and legally sound solutions in demanding corporate environments.
He also has extensive experience in judicial cooperation issues in cross-border cases, including European Arrest Warrant and extradition proceedings, having handled cases with a multi-dimensional legal and international nature.
In addition, he has significant experience in gambling law, having advised and supported a wide range of companies in the sector, including online gaming operators, content providers, software development companies and affiliate marketing businesses. He combines legal precision with commercial insight, offering comprehensive solutions adapted to the specificities of the rapidly evolving regulatory framework of the sector.
He studied Law at the School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his postgraduate studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminology (LL.M., 2015), examining contemporary theory and practice in the study of criminal behavior.
