Contributing to GILC’s “Property Catastrophe & Climate Governance” Report — Greece

We’re pleased to share the latest Global Insurance Law Connect issue, “Property Catastrophe & Climate Governance,” co-authored for the Greek market by our Partner Konstantinos S. Issaias and Senior Associate Zaphirenia Theodoraki.

The report notes that climate attribution studies point to wildfires being up to 10x more likely in Greece, while regulatory changes introduced this year require large and medium businesses to insure their assets against earthquake, flood and wildfire, and all private motor vehicles to carry flood/wildfire cover.
