European Energy Handbook 2017

KG Law Firm continued, for the sixth consecutive year, its successful partnership with Herbert Smith Freehills and its global network, as the Greek contributor of the European Energy Handbook (EEH) 2017 which was recently released.

This tenth edition of the EEH reports legal and commercial developments in each jurisdiction and covers issues as diverse as the design of electricity markets, the reform of the support schemes for renewable electricity, new cross-border interconnections, taxation issus for the upstream sector and significant commercial transactions and privatisations in the energy sector.

The EEH has been appraised for its contents and detailed background of information by numerous important clients, academics and other professionals, including the European Commission and the Directorate General for Energy which supports this initiative.
