Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm is proud to announce that it’s corporate team successfully completed the first merger to be recorded in the Athens Company Register under the new law 4601/2019 on Corporate Restructurings. The merger involved the absorption by a Greek EPE of a Greek S.A.
