We are delighted to advise the New York based investment firm Standard General L.P. in the strategic agreement with the major gaming ATHEX listed group of Intralot leading to the participation of Standard General in a rights offering of an amount up to Euro 135 m. in Intralot, the proceeds of which will be mainly used to finance the acquisition of the minority shareholders in the US based subsidiary of the group Intralot Inc. The KG team is being led by Theodore Rakintzis, Partner and Elisabeth (Lisa) Eleftheriades Eleftheriades, Partner.
