An excellent discussion today at the EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum, where our Senior Associate Aithra Antoniadou took the stage to speak on “QUICK FIRE BRIEFING New Product Liability Directive and Combination Products.”

The speech addressed the growing legal and regulatory challenges surrounding combination products, companion diagnostics and off-label use under the new Directive (EU) 2024/2853, a topic that is becoming increasingly important for the life sciences and healthcare sector.
With regulators, industry leaders and legal practitioners from across Europe gathered in Brussels, the session sparked valuable conversations around the future of product liability and the practical implications of the EU’s evolving framework.
