Full Bio
Alexandros is an economist and certified auditor and serves as the firm’s Consultant. He received his Major in Economics from the Athens University of Economics (ASOEE) and attended several postgraduate programs in Management, Strategy and Leadership at IMD Business School/Lausanne. He became a certified auditor in 1996 and a member of the Institute of Certified Auditors of Greece (SOEL).
Alexandros began his professional career at the auditing firm ”Costouris , Michaelides” a member firm of Grant Thornton International, becoming equity Partner in 1992.
In 1998, he joined PwC Greece as equity Partner serving numerous leadership positions, including that of Leader of Tax and Legal Line of Services (TLS ). He acted as a Board Member and member of the Executive Committee and was the responsible Partner for the company’s Financial Affairs. He further served as a member of the European Council of the Tax Line of Services of PwC (EBIT) and a member of the Eurofirms Council Tax and Legal Wider Leadership Team. He was involved in a number of complex projects for both Greek and multinational corporations, organizations and individuals. In particular, he has been responsible in statutory and other audits, strategy and organization projects, M&As, planning and financing projects as well as with a full range of tax issues concerning individuals or Corporations.
Alexandros has participated as a speaker in many seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad. He has also published a series of business, tax & economic articles and has written two books.
As of 2011 he serves as KG’s Consultant overseeing the firm’s financial operations, budget and realization and acts as a tax and financial advisor to the partnership.
