Anna Maria is a member of the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure Department.
Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial and M&A matters.
She advises across the full range of corporate work, encompassing due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border restructurings, and the establishment of legal entities, while also providing clients with ongoing corporate and commercial support for their day-to-day operations.
In addition, Anna Maria contributes to the firm’s real estate practice, assisting with property transactions and real estate due diligence, including title searches and the preparation of legal reports.
