Evgenia is a member of the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets Group. Her practice spans Corporate, Banking and EU Financial Services Law. She advises on a broad range of matters, including banking regulation, payment and financial services regulation, and mergers and acquisitions involving both listed and private companies, acting for domestic and international clients. Leveraging her expertise in EU Financial Services Regulation and Sustainable Finance, Evgenia supports the team on corporate and regulatory matters, M&A transactions, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements and other legal documentation.
