Katerina is a member of KG’s Real Estate & Project Development team.
She contributes to the firm’s real estate practice, assisting in all stages of property transactions—from initial assessments to completion—providing comprehensive legal support. Her practice focuses on real estate due diligence, including drafting legal opinions and conducting title searches at Land Registries and Cadastral Offices. She is involved in regulatory compliance and licensing procedures concerning hotel operations and tourist accommodation, and also advises clients on the Golden Visa program and other migration and naturalization matters.
