Melina is a member of the Energy, Utilities and Infrastructure Practice of the firm. Her practice focuses on regulatory issues pertaining to the applicable framework of energy activities with special focus on licensing / permitting issues related to electricity generation from Renewable Energy Sources (RES) projects.
Melina has been engaged with numerous mandates on energy issues and in legal due diligence assignments in the context of M&A transactions in the energy sector.
