In accordance with the new Legislative Act dated 30 March 2020 on measures against the COVID-19 pandemic (Government Gazette issue no. A’ 75/30.03.2020), the operation of the Central Ultimate Beneficial Owners Register (CUBOR) platform on the gsis.gr/ website is suspended, from the above Legislative Act’s entry into force and for a period of three (3) months.
The suspension of the CUBOR platform operation may be extended for another three-month period, by way of a joint ministerial decision of the Ministers for Finance and for Digital Administration. It is further clarified that this time period of suspension will not be counted against the maximum sixty-day period of suspension per year that is stipulated by Law 4557/2018.
The deadlines for registration of the required information in the CUBOR platform are also suspended for the same time period.
