Our Competition Law partner Victoria Mertikopoulou will participate in the 8th International Conference Competition Law & Policy organized by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI on October 17th & 18th at the Wyndham Grand Athens.
Victoria will discuss the Evaluation of Regulation 1/2003 by the European Commission and the results of the relevant stock-taking exercise, with emphasis on the Commission’s investigative powers, procedural rights of parties, Competition Authorities’ investigations in a digitalized environment, cooperation within the ECN and the relationship between EU and national competition rules, as well as evolution thereof.
During the conference, competition experts, academics, practitioners and members of Competition authorities and institutions will discuss on the latest developments in the field of competition law and practice on a national and EU level.
