KG Capital Markets team advised US investment private equity firm LDA Capital Ltd., an alternative investment group engaged in the global private and public markets, in the execution of an investment agreement for the purposes of committing EUR 20 million in equity funding to the ATHEX listed constructing company Proodeftiki ATE. Funding will take the form of private placement through subscription of new shares in one or more capital increases over the next three years.
