Claret Capital Partners, a prominent European growth debt and venture debt fund manager, has been a key participant in Open Cosmos’s funding since 2023. Open Cosmos is a leading provider of space missions and data, currently building seven cutting-edge satellites in Greece as part of the Hellenic Government’s National Microsatellite Programme through its Greek subsidiary, Open Cosmos Aegean, which operates manufacturing facilities in Pallini.

The security package for this latest financing was structured and perfected through Greece’s new unified Electronic Pledge Registry, introduced under Greek Law 5123/2024, which became operational on 30 June 2025.
