Our Partner Victoria Mertikopoulou and Associate Vicky Lamprinoudi recently attended the DLC – Distribution Law Center Meet-up in Brussels, bringing together leading distribution and competition law practitioners from across Europe to discuss key developments in EU and national distribution law.

As part of the programme, Victoria spoke on the RPM and price protection case-law and vertical restrictions priorities of the Hellenic Competition Commission, offering practical takeaways on pricing mechanisms. The event also provided a valuable opportunity to exchange views on territorial supply constraints, recent enforcement trends, distribution models, and developments shaping the European competition law landscape.
