Yesterday, the 10th Women in Business (WIB) Forum of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce brought together leaders at The Ellinikon Experience Centre under the theme “Becoming Future Ready: Growth, Adaptation, and Reinvention.”
What made this 10th edition particularly meaningful was the breadth of the conversation: decision-making under pressure, finding clarity amid chaos, strategic reinvention, anti-fragile leadership, innovation, the talent war, and, perhaps most importantly, the human edge in an AI world.
Οur Partner, Anastasia Dritsa, Member of the AmChamGR WIB Committee, set the stage for the Forum, helping open a day dedicated not only to discussing change, but to examining how leaders can navigate it with intention.
There is something powerful about reaching a 10-year milestone. It creates a moment to reflect on how far the conversation around women in business has evolved, but also to look forward.
Because becoming “future ready”, both for women and for men, is about the willingness to question what worked yesterday, stay grounded when certainty disappears, and keep evolving without losing the distinctly human qualities that leadership requires.
Congratulations to the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and the WIB Committee on ten editions of creating a space for these conversations—and to all the speakers and participants who made this anniversary Forum one to remember.
