Full Bio

Antonis is a member of the Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure Department of the firm. His practice focuses on regulatory issues pertaining to the applicable framework of energy activities with special focus on licensing / permitting issues related to electricity generation from Renewable Energy Sources (RES) projects. Antonis is heavily engaged in legal due diligence assignments in the context of M&A transactions in the energy sector (domestic and cross-border) as well as in contractual work, including development services agreements (DSAs) as well as contracts for securing land usage rights for the installation of photovoltaic power plants, wind parks and battery storage projects.
