Niovi is part of the Intellectual Property (IP) Law practice area of the firm. Her focus is on IP law matters concerning trademarks, patents, designs and copyright. She will be assisting in the handling of trademark portfolios, cases involving Media/Entertainment Law issues as well as legal due diligence reviews. She regularly publishes legal articles covering contemporary Intellectual Property Law topics.
