Panagiota is a member of the Litigation Department of the firm. Her practice focuses on civil and corporate law. She supports the team in various judicial cases related to civil and commercial law, acting for both domestic and international clients. She is involved in cases concerning product liability, breach of law of obligations, torts and debt enforcement proceedings. Panagiota also advises on civil law issues arising in the context of corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
She has obtained an LL.B. from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and two LL.M.s, both from the same university. In the course of her studies, she has dealt with several contemporary legal issues, in the framework of which she has prepared the dissertation under the title ‘’Artificial Intelligence and Product Liability”, examining the key elements of the Product Liability Directive and how the latter could be applied in the case of defective AI products. She also participated as a workshop speaker in a Summer School, organized by the ELS network, where she analyzed civil liability issues in the context of AI systems.
