Celia works for the Corporate & Commercial law department of the firm. Over the past years Celia has practiced civil, commercial and corporate law as well as real estate law. She has extensive experience in corporate practice providing regularly legal guidance and advice to domestic and international corporations on various Greek corporate law issues, including company formation and establishment formalities of all forms of companies, their operation, management and representation including crucial liability issues of management bodies, shareholders’ relationships and minority rights, their business structure, as well as issues arising from their day -to-day operation. Celia is also experienced in the dissolution and liquidation of Greek entities, having performed over the past years a significant number of corporate closings. Moreover she has participated in several due diligence exercises, examining compliance of Greek companies with corporate obligations and formalities provided by the applicable legislation. Her practice includes also advising international entities operating in various industries regarding compliance and domestic regulatory framework as well as applicable licensing requirements in view of their interest to establish an entity in Greece. Celia has also significant experience in commercial agreements and she regularly assumes for clients the review and/or the drafting as well as the negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements such as- indicatively- sale and purchase, lease and profit share agreements as well as various types of services agreements.
