KG Law Firm is proud to have advised along with Deloitte Greece the shareholders of Coropoulis Packaging S.A., a leading packaging supplier of closures, corks, and glass containers, in the signing of the agreement for the sale and transfer of its shares to Berlin Packaging, the world’s largest Hybrid Packaging Supplier.

KG’s involvement was continuous in supporting the Sellers and Coropoulis Packaging S.A. throughout the due diligence process and the negotiation of the SPA and the supporting transaction documents up to the closing of the transaction which took place end of June 2023.
