KG advised Sirec Energy S.A. on a € 600 million major strategic project to develop a 792 MW CCGT natural gas power plant in the Larissa Industrial Area

KG advised private equity firm Sirec Energy S.A. (manager of the European Sustainable Investment Fund – EuSIF) in the joint participation in Larissa Thermoelectric S.A. along with Clavenia Ltd., the Greek gas supplier DEPA Commercial S.A. and energy and telecommunications provider Volton Ελληνική Ενεργειακή in a landmark energy project of a €600 million approx. value for the construction and development of a natural gas power plant using a combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) with a net capacity of 792 MW in the Larissa Industrial Area.

KG supported Sirec Energy throughout the process leading to the conclusion of this deal, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, as well as drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents.
