Evgenia’s practice focuses on data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), and telecommunications law, advising clients across a broad range of industries on the EU digital regulatory framework.
She advises clients on a wide spectrum of data protection matters, including GDPR compliance programmes, data processing agreements, development of internal policies and procedures, data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), and the management of data subject rights. Evgenia has significant experience in cybersecurity, advising on the development of cybersecurity governance frameworks, incident preparedness and response, and compliance with EU and national requirements. In the field of artificial intelligence, she assists organisations in addressing the legal and regulatory implications of deploying AI systems. Evgenia’s practice also extends to telecommunications and digital technologies, where she advises on regulatory obligations relating to confidentiality of communications, cybersecurity, as well as the broader EU framework governing digital services and infrastructures.
Prior to joining KG Law Firm, Evgenia worked as a Supervision Analyst at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, where she was involved in digitalisation and AI-driven initiatives and supported GDPR compliance efforts within the financial sector.
Evgenia holds an LLB from Democritus University of Thrace (2020) and holds a master’s degree in law and technology from Tilburg University (2023). She is admitted to the Bar association of Thessaloniki (2022).
