KG advised Alpha Bank S.A. and Eurobank S.A. on the financing of ELZET S.A., a Greek subsidiary of Greenvolt Group, in connection with the development and construction of a PV Plant with an installed capacity of 200.00 MW located in Thessaly, Greece.

Structured as a long-term bond loan incorporating Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) funds, the financing supports the development of a utility-scale PV Plant towards Greece’s ongoing energy transition.

The transaction was led by Partners Ioanna Antonopoulou and Christina Chini, supported by Counsel Angeliki Chalikia and Associate Maria Papavasileiou.
