Back from Dublin and the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) Global Membership Conference with valuable insights into the evolving world of employment law.

Our Partner and Head of Employment Law Ioanna Kyriazi and Counsel Kelly Papadaki had the pleasure of attending this year’s conference (16–18 October), contributing practical, client-focused perspectives on the future of work.

The program sparked meaningful dialogue around key issues shaping the global employment landscape — from AI in the workplace and equal pay & transparency, to cross-border restructuring, and the realities of remote and hybrid work.

A particular highlight was the dedicated session for ELA’s Next Generation members, which underlined the value of mentoring and cross-border collaboration in shaping the future of the profession.
