KG will be participating to the upcoming 2nd International Conference on Dialogues in Competition Law & Economics, organised by the University of Piraeus, Queen Mary University of London (CCLS), and UCL, and held under the auspices of the Hellenic Competition Commission.

Konstantinos Sidiropoulos, Senior Associate with our Competition & Antitrust practice, will speak on a distinguished panel of academics, regulators, legal practitioners, and antitrust economists, discussing: ‘Reforming Article 102 TFEU and Merger Control: The Meaning of “Restriction of Competition”’. Konstantinos will focus on the efforts to reshape the enforcement of Article 102 TFEU and the evolving interpretation of ‘restriction of competition’ in the context of unilateral conduct by dominant market players.
