On 17 December, KG will participate in “Capital Market 2.0: The Stock Market Reform in Practice”, the conference organised by Σύνδεσμος Α.Ε. & Επιχειρηματικότητας, taking place at Aigli Zappeiou in Athens. The event brings together key market participants to discuss how Greece’s capital market can evolve to better serve businesses and investors.
The speakers:
Senior Partner Konstantinos Vouterakos will join the panel discussion “Athens Stock Exchange 2.0: New Opportunities for Businesses”, exploring how the evolving regulatory framework can open up new funding routes for SMEs and start-ups – from incentives for angel investors and alternative markets to tax tools, EU Green Bonds, REICs and omnibus accounts.
Partner Theodore Rakintzis will speak on “Investor Protection & Market Attractiveness”, focusing on how recent regulatory developments – including the implementation of EU directives, the emerging framework for crypto-assets and strengthened supervision – aim to enhance transparency, investor confidence and the overall appeal of the Greek market.
We are very much looking forward to this event and to contributing to the discussion on how a modern capital market can support sustainable growth and innovation in Greece.
