On October 25th, 2019 the Hellenic Competition Commission (the “HCC”), announced the launch of a public consultation of its revised methodology and criteria for the prioritization of cases (the draft “Prioritization Notice”) in order to facilitate its implementation and improve compliance and overall consensus and support. The consultation is open until November 11th 2019.
