Full Bio
Nikolaos works for the Startups & Innovation team of the firm. He advises both domestic and international clients on matters of corporate, commercial and M&A law, as well as issues of project finance, focusing on startup companies and providing support to stakeholders at various stages of the entities’ lifecycle.
He studied law (LL.B.) at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an LL.M. in Information Technology Law from the University of Edinburgh.
