Marianina is part of the Start Ups & Innovation team of the firm. She advises both domestic and international clients on matters of corporate and commercial law with focus on start up companies, as well as on matters of M&A and project development.
She has experience in litigation practice and has been involved in matters of civil and corporate law.
She holds an LL.M. in General Civil Law from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as an LL.M. in Civil and Corporate Law from the University of Cologne.
