Full Bio
Anastasia is a member of the Startups & Innovation team of the firm. She advises domestic and international clients on matters of corporate and commercial law, with particular focus on startup companies, supporting stakeholders across various stages of the entities’ lifecycle. Her practice also involves assisting in various corporate transactions, as well as in project development and project finance matters.
She studied law (LL.B.) at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an LL.M. in Business Law with a specialization in Industrial Property and Competition Law from the same university.
