Anna-Maria is a member of the Energy and Infrastructure department of the Firm. Her main practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, where she has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions in the real estate sector.
In addition, she has been involved in construction and infrastructure projects, including the negotiation of construction, operation and maintenance agreements, as well as in financing matters with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure projects. In this context, she provides legal support throughout all stages of the development and implementation of complex investment projects.
Anna-Maria also has significant experience in corporate and commercial law, providing comprehensive legal advice to businesses in relation to their day-to-day operations, corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructurings.
