Aggelos is a member of the firm’s Commercial & Corporate Law department, where his expertise encompasses the full spectrum of corporate, commercial, and M&A matters. His practice involves advising both domestic and international clients on every aspect of corporate law, including the establishment and structuring of a wide variety of legal entities of different forms in Greece. Aggelos provides ongoing support for the daily operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of these entities, ensuring that clients’ businesses run smoothly and remain aligned with the latest legal developments.
