Zaphirenia has been a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance team since 2016. She has extensive experience in complex financing and M&A transactions, advising major financial institutions on the negotiation and drafting of finance and security documentation, as well as taking an active and coordinating role in the structuring and execution of domestic and cross-border transactions, including legal due diligence, negotiation and drafting of transaction documentation.
She also advises on insurance law matters, including regulatory and transactional aspects involving insurers, reinsurers and intermediaries.
