Penny is a Counsel in the Corporate & Commercial law department of the firm, while she is a member of our Private Wealth Structuring Practice Group. Penny’s practice focuses on M&A, capital markets law and real estate development while she is also actively engaged in advising family offices and high-net-worth individuals on various private law aspects, such as wealth structuring, asset transfer and establishment of trusts and private holding companies. Further, Penny has been involved in the restructuring of the ownership of many privately held companies, as well as on the structuring of the investment in the Greek real estate sector, either by Greek-resident individuals or from non-residents. Finally, Penny is regularly involved in advising non-for-profit organizations, e.g. A.G. Leventis Foundation, DESTE Foundation for Contemporary Art, Parnassos Literary Society and MDA Hellas.
